Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please contact our support team as soon as possible at:

  • Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.


Refund Policy

We offer refunds in the following situations:

1. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Please report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear pictures of the product and packaging.

  • Once verified, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.

2. Missing Items

If something is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • We’ll investigate and send the missing item or issue a refund.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be made to your original method of payment (where possible), or via bank transfer.


Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products (organic, consumable goods), we do not accept returns or offer refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Opened, used, or tampered products

  • Delay caused by courier after dispatch (although we’ll assist where possible)
